Hebrew SeniorLife and Alzheimer’s Association Presents The Empowered Caregiver Series

Caring for someone living with dementia can be challenging, but caregivers don’t have to face the journey alone. Hebrew SeniorLife and the Alzheimer’s Association® are proud to present The Empowered Caregiver Series: Exploring Care and Support Services, a free educational program designed to provide families and caregivers with the knowledge and resources needed to feel confident at every stage of the disease.

This special session will offer practical guidance on critical topics, including:

• Planning for care changes
• Understanding respite, long-term, and residential care options
• Navigating end-of-life care
• Making transitions between care settings
