A two-car crash on Route 128 northbound in Needham slowed traffic to a crawl Tuesday morning. The accident, which occurred around 7 a.m., blocked two lanes of traffic near Exit 18. One of the cars involved was spun sideways into multiple lanes.Traffic was delayed for nearly 20 minutes and backed up as far south as Canton.No injuries were reported.
