Police in Needham arrested a man for drunk driving early Monday morning.Patrick Meade, 33, of Norwood, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.An officer in the area of Highland Avenue observed Meade's vehicle parked in the lot of local business. The officer proceeded to approach Meade to speak with him.The officer determined Meade was drunk. He immediately taken into custody.The arrest marks Meade's second OUI offense, police said.
