Obituary: Jay Walters, 53, of Needham

From Eaton Funeral Home in Needham:

Jay Walters, 53, of Needham, loving husband and father died on February 8, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Jay loved to spend time outdoors with his family, biking, travelling and had an interest in coin collecting. He worked as a systems architect at Harvard Management Co.

Jay is survived by his wife of 30 years Sue Findlay, and their daughters Emma and Sophie.

He was predeceased by his mother Jan Holmen. He is survived by his father Jim Walters and his family, his brother Stan, his wife and sons, by his father in law Bob Findlay, his wife Sandra, and brothers in law Bob, Mark and Ward and their families.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, Feb. 14 at at the Congregational Church of Needham.
