OUI, Purse Theft: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

April 13
8:35 a.m. - An officer responded to a Livingston Circle address for a reported theft of a purse from an unlocked motor vehicle.
8:00 p.m. - An officer conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Great Plain Avenue and Oak Knoll Terrace. The operator, 52-year-old Chu Train of Waltham,was stopped for speeding and was subsequently placed under arrest for a default warrant out of Cambridge District Court for operating after suspension.

10:45 p.m. - An officer was dispatched to the rear parking lot of a business on Great Plain Avenue for a motor vehicle that had been keyed. The reporting person stated when she came out after work, she saw a long key scrape on the front of her hood. The reporting party will contact her insurance company.

1:30 a.m. - An officer observed a vehicle back into a fire hydrant near a Seabeds Way address. Following a brief investigation the operator of the vehicle, a 42-year-old Donald Emerson, was arrested for operating under the influence.
12:30 p.m. - An officer responded to Ridge Hill Reservation on a reported past vandalism. A Needham DPW employee showed an officer some broken windows in one of the buildings. Inside of the building we found a piece of asphalt, which had been thrown through the windows. The interior of the building checked okay and it doesn't appear that anyone entered the building.
4:30 p.m. - An officer stopped a motor vehicle Highland Avenue. A 22-year-old Waltham man was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, expired inspection sticker and expired registration.
6:37 p.m. - An officer initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle in the area of Highland Avenue. As a result of the stop, a 37-year-old Maria Cruz of Danvers, was placed under arrest on a warrant. She will also issued a summons for operating with a suspended license, operating with revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
April 15
1:30 p.m. - An officer responded to a Broad Meadow Road address for a report of a fraud that occurred over the internet. The matter is currently under investigation by another agency.
