If you have not yet checked the Water and Sewer rates, see the <a href="http://www.needhamma.gov/DocumentCenter/View/7736" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">current rates are published on the town website.</a>  Water and sewer bills can be paid by electronic check, or by MasterCard or Discover. They do, however, <a href="http://www.needhamma.gov/index.aspx?nid=2988" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">charge a small convenience fee of</a> 2.95 percent if you are using a credit card. If you have any issues with the payment, you can contact the third party payment service at (877) 256-8330 x2700. The <a href="http://www.needhamma.gov/index.aspx?NID=2987" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Town's Online billpay page also indicates</a> they are developing real estate and property tax, excise tax and parking ticket payment options.
