Pedestrian ID'd After Fatal Hit-And-Run On I-95: Report
The collision happened early Friday morning in the southbound lanes of I-95, state police said.

NEEDHAM, MA — The victim of a fatal hit-and-run that happened early Friday morning along I-95 has been identified, state police told NBC10 Boston.
State police said 28-year-old Justin P. Kelley of Canton was hit and killed along the southbound lanes just before 1:30 a.m, according to the outlet.
"The involved vehicle was gone when first responders arrived. We located and are analyzing debris that potentially came from the vehicle," state police said in a tweet Friday morning.

The collision happened near Exit 33. Before the crash happened, state police got a call reporting a pedestrian walking in the breakdown lane in that area of I-95, police told NBC10 Boston.
The scene was clear by around 4 a.m.
