Teens With BB Gun, Copper Theft: Needham Police Log
The following is from the Needham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction

April 4
A Needham High student reported that her glasses were taken from a school bathroom.
2:00 p.m. - An officer took a walk-in report of a past larceny of copper from a building. The reporting party stated that two copper downspouts were stolen from the property on March 28 into the morning of March 29. The matter is currently under investigation.

April 5
A worker fell from a ladder while working on a home on Fair Oaks Park. OSHA was called to investigate.

10:00 a.m. - An officer took a report of past theft from a Highland Avenue religious institution. Building materials valued at over $1,000 were stolen from the building. The matter is under investigation.
April 6
A Central Avenue resident reported pieces of jewelry missing from their home. The matter is being investigated.
April 7
A Stratford Road resident received a letter from the IRS stating that someone had used her social security number to obtain employment. She called all the appropriate numbers on the letter to have her credit activity monitored and also notified her bank.
12:30 p.m. - An officer responded to a reported two-car crash at the intersection of Gould Street and TV Place. One vehicle field the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. The other vehicle involved was located in Newton. The operator of the vehicle that left the scene, a 68-year-old Needham woman, was issued a summons for for leaving the scene of a property damage crash.
April 8
An officer was dispatched to a Kendrick Street address for report of teenagers with a BB gun. After locating the parties in question it was determined they were young adults and no crime had been committed. The parties were advised against having a BB gun showing in public and sent on their way.
