The Needham Conservation Committee has a vacancy, no specific experience is required.

If you know the Wetlands Protection Act, then the Board of Selectmen may want to speak with you.
The seven-member Needham Conservation Commission is appointed by the Board of Selectmen--and there is now a vacancy, according to an announcement on the Needham town website.

The group is responsible for administering the Wetlands Protection Act, and oversees conservation lands in town. They also oversee things like Wetlands Cleanup and Walking Week, and care for the Ridge Hill trails.
No specific experience is required, but they would like someone with familiarity with the Wetlands Protection Act. If you are interested, send a letter of interest to scincotta@needhamma.gov, or go to the Town Website and fill out a committee application form: www.needhamma.gov/committeeform.
