Where Do Needham's Level 3 Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Needham has three Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Donald Kalil, 58, works at 4 Arlington Road. Convicted of two counts of indecent assault on 2004 and one count of assault with intent to rape in 1992.

Matthew Pike, 43, lives at 3 Maple Terrace. Convicted of four counts of indecent assault and battery on a child in 2013.

David Ranelli, 39, works on 4 Arlington Rd. in Needham. He was convicted on three counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age and five counts of rape and abuse of a child, all in 2004.
