As part of the Nonatum celebration, children will be painting summer scenes on shop windows along Watertown Street. So watch out for children who will be out and about, and don't forget to stop by and admire their work. 3. And for more outdoor village fun, the Upper Falls Area Council is holding its "Picnic in the Park" today from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at Emerson Field on Pettee Street. The afternoon includes games and family activities and kicks off the fundraising effort by the <a href="https://www.facebook.com/EmersonPlaygroundBuildingItTogether?fref=ts" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Upper Falls Area Council to replace the Emerson Playground</a>. 4.
