The car landed on the trash compactor and got stuck against the wall of the building, police said.

“If they hadn’t hit the trash compactor they probably would’ve nosedived down and died,” officer Stephen Clark told Patch.

Both women were transported to the hospital with minor injuries, according to police.

Clark said he will be recommending the revocation of the driver’s license.
