DA Pursuing Charges For Death Of Newton Man Six Months Later: Report
The man was hit by a vehicle while bicycling in Cambridge.
NEWTON, MA — Prosecutors are now pressing charges against a driver who hit and killed a bicyclist last September, according to a report from The Boston Globe.
Newton resident John Corcoran was riding his bike on Memorial Drive in Cambridge when he was hit by a car on Monday, Sept. 23 . The 62-year-old died from his injuries. The driver, who is reportedly in his 20s, has yet to be publicly identified. The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office recently filed an application for a criminal complaint.
