Local theatre, electronics recycling and info on dog parks.

1. Theatre Ink. Tickets are going fast for Theatre Ink's "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," which is running at Newton North today, tomorrow and Sunday. The Friday and Saturday night shows start at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday's matinee starts at 2 p.m. Tickets are available to reserve online (there are only a few left!) or you can take your chances and purchase at the box office prior to the performances.
2. South Stage. Newton South's lab theatre group also has a performance this weekend. "Abandoned" will hit the stage tonight and tomorrow night at 7:30 p.m. at Newton South. If you'd like to catch a performance, a waiting list will start at the box office 30 minutes prior to the show. Tickets are $8.
3. Special Friday/Saturday electronics drop-off. The Newton Resource and Recovery Center on Rumford Avenue hosts special Friday/Saturday drop-offs for electronics once per month. Today you can drop off electronics from 8 a.m. - noon. A full list of acceptable materials is available online. There will be a $12 charge to recycle each TV or computer monitor, and all other appliances and electronics accepted free-of-charge. Check or cash accepted, made payable to "CRT Recycling."
