Five Things You Need to Know Today: March 26
A new art exhibit, a drop-in playgroup and the Newton Indoor Farmers' Market is open.

1. Reminder: Live chat tomorrow. Fourth District Congressman Joe Kennedy III will answer reader questions in a live text chat tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. on Newton Patch. Tune in tomorrow afternoon or submit your questions in advance!
2. New Exhibit. A new exhibition of book art will open today at Newton's Mount Ida College. The exhibit, titled "Visions from Afar," is inspired by travel and features works by more than a dozen artists. The exhibit is located in Carlson Auditorium and will be open 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. through April 27 (closed March 29-31).
3. Indoor Farmers' Market. The Newton Indoor Farmers' Market will be open today at the Hyde Community Center from 1:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.

4. Tuesday Drop-in Playgroup. The Lower Falls Community Center offers drop-in playgroups on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. for parents or caregivers and children 3 and under. The drop-in fee is $3 for adults and toddlers are free. To sign up, call Bonnie at 617-796-1510. Drop-in playgroups are also offered on Mondays from 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Nahanton Park.
