Former Celtics Star Finds Buyer For Newton Mansion: Report
The home was first reported for sale earlier this week.
NEWTON, MA — Former Boston Celtics guard Jrue Holiday has gone into contract with a buyer for his multi-million dollar mansion, according to a report from realtor.com.
The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home is located on a cul-de-sac at 15 Buff Circle, was completed in the spring of 2024 after Holiday purchased it. Holiday listed the home for approximately $6.9 million recently after the 15-year NBA veteran originally bought it for $6.5 million.
The identity of the buyer has not been made public, and the sale reportedly depends on certain conditions.
