Jackets Worth $3,000 Stolen from Newton Store: Police
Three Rick Owens jackets were snatched on Tuesday, police said.

NEWTON, MA - Three Rick Owens leather jackets were stolen from a Newton clothing store Tuesday, police said.
The owner of Alan Bilzerian on Centre St. said a man and woman who had French accents entered the store and made a point to speak French to each other, according to police.
The pair hung around the back of the store near a sand-colored brown Rick Owens leather jacket, the store owner told police.

The owner said two Russian women walked into the store and started taking pictures. At the same time the couple turned and walked out of the building, police said.
The owner noticed the sand-colored jacket and two others by the same designer were missing. The jackets cost about $3,000 collectively.

The male suspect was described as wearing glasses and having a short beard. He was wearing dark jeans, a dark jacket, combat boots and a knit hat, police said.
The female suspect was described as having “very straight” long hair with dramatic bangs. She was wearing skin-tight leather pants, a long plaid jacket and stacked green heels, police said.
