Livingston Irene 'Liv' Pangburn, 22, Newton North Grad
Liv Pangburn died Sunday, May 26, in a bicycling collision near the campus of Amherst College.

Livingston "Liv" Pangburn was killed Sunday, May 26, while riding his bike in a sudden and tragic collision with a truck near the campus of Amherst College.
According to his obituary, Pangburn is survived by his father, David A. Pangburn of Harvard; his mother, Claudia W. Hoover of Newton; and his twin sister, Margaret, of Newton. He was predeceased by his brother, Nate.
He is also survived by his partner, Michaela Schwartz, of Brookline.

Pangburn loved "riding his bicycle with the sun in his face," according to obituary and will be fondly remembered by the LBGTQ community of Boston and Western Massachusetts.
He was a sculpture student at Hampshire College and will be remembered "for his calm and gentle presence, his loving connection to nature and his thought-provoking art," his obituary reads.
