Needham Police Arrest Two Newton Residents

On Thursday, July 12, Norfolk County Anti-Crime Task Force and the Needham Police Department executed a search of 102 Reservoir Road that resulted in the arrest of two Newton men.
During the investigation, police arrested a 15-year-old male from Needham, as well as 25-year-old Matthew Burgess and 19-year-old Joseph German, both of Newton. All were charged with conspiracy to violate a controlled substance act.
Burgess was also charged with distributing a class D substance, failing to stop for police, marked lanes violation, speeding and reckless driving.
There is also a 12-year-old Needham male who will be summonsed to court for two counts of distribution of a class D substance and a count of conspiracy to violate a controlled substance act.
