Newton City Hall War Memorial Will Vaccinate First Responders

There are tow COVID-19 vaccination sites for Newton police officers, firefighters, EMTs and other first responders.

NEWTON, MA — First responders in Newton will have access to COVID-19 vaccines being administered from the Newton City Hall War Memorial Circle.

On Tuesday, state officials unveiled 114 COVID-19 vaccination sites for Massachusetts first responders.

First responders working in Newton will be able to get vaccinated at the drive-thru center at 1000 Comm Ave. According to the state, an appointment link will be made available through supervisors.

First responder vaccinations begin Monday, Jan. 11 and appointments will be open Monday through Friday. Those getting the vaccine will follow signs for the drive through, and stay in their car.
