Newton Welcomes Tasting Event In Its 27th Year
Spring Seasonings is organized by Charles River Regional Chamber.

NEWTON, MA — Spring Seasonings: A Taste of our Towns is coming to the newton Marriott on Commonwealth Avenue next month for its 27th year.
The event hosted by the Charles River Regional Chamber is scheduled for Monday, April 7 at 5:30 p.m. About 500 community members are expected to attend in which they can taste the offerings of 40 local restaurants from Newton, Needham, Wellesley, and Watertown.
A portion of the proceeds from this year’s edition will benefit Three Squares New England, a nonprofit organization that works to provide hunger relief throughout the Boston area. According to Three Squares Executive Director Marena Burnett, one in three households with children in the state have some form of food insecurity.

“By supporting our mission you are lifting up the good work of nonprofits across Eastern MA and directly impacting more than 400,000 people,” Burnett said.
Tickets are available online for chamber members at $75. The cost for non-chamber members is $85.
