Pan Mass Challenge Looking For Newton Residents Willing To Step Up
This summer's Newton-Needham Kids Ride needs adult volunteers.

NEWTON, MA — The Pan-Mass Challenge is looking for Newton community members to volunteer for the Newton-Needham PMC Kids Ride this coming August.
Volunteer Coordinators will help plan, promote and carry out the ride that raises money for research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The event has reportedly raised more than $12 million since it began in 1998.
It also aims to teach its child participants the importance of physical activity and charity. PMC hosts more than 20 rides throughout the state in different municipalities for the same cause.
People interested in becoming a coordinator are encouraged to contact PMC’s Director of Volunteer Operations and Kids Rides Justin Darmanian at 781-343-4012 by the end of March.
