North Andover residents have more than one option when it comes to groceries and Patch thought it would be beneficial to note how the prices compare at the different locations, week to week. We are also comparing the prices of the same products at local pharmacies as well.
Each week Patch will feature the prices on basic items from Stop and Shop, and Market Basket. We will also compare these same items with CVS and Rite Aid.
