Couple Married at Merrimack in Blizzard

Call it a blizzard story and a Valentine's Day story rolled into one.

A Lowell couple -- Kathryn Jussaume and Jason Destroismaison -- had their wedding Saturday at despite the historic blizzard raging across New England that day, reports The Lowell Sun.

The couple had been planning their big day for months, and after the snow piled up they shoveled their way out of the driveway and got to their destination. The bride reportedly wore snowshoes.
