Blood Found In Northboro Home Matches Woman Found In Burning Car
Cynthia Webb's body was found in a still-smoldering car in Hope Cemetery in Worcester in December.

WORCESTER, MA—New evidence has surfaced in a case that involves the death of a woman whose body was found in a burned car in Hope Cemetery in December.
Cynthia Webb, 59, of Sterling was found dead in a car still smoldering in a car in the cemetery on Dec. 12. Steven Foley, 56, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Burning a Motor Vehicle.
Foley was held on $250,000 cash bail on Wednesday on a charge of maliciously damaging a motor vehicle, and Assistant District Terry J. McLaughlin said that during his arraignment, it was presented that DNA from blood found in a Northborough home where Foley stayed matched that of Webb's, reports the Worcester Telegram and Gazette.
