AvalonBay has submitted a Letter of Intent for their development plans at Bulfinch Triangle, the BRA reported.
The plan already includes a 503 unit residential development, which will stand 415 feet tall and have 219 parking spaces.
AvalonBay will submit a Notice of Project Change to detail the changes of their previously approved project. The Impact Advisory Group will review the impact the project will have on the public and will offer a recommendation on how to lighten the affect on the public.
