5 Things You Need To Know Today: Sept. 8

It's Thursday and here are 5 things you need to know:

1. Weather: The rain and cool temperatures will continue this morning before the rain tapers off after lunch time. Keep your chin up, sun is in tomorrow's forecast. 

2. International Festival: Is set for Sept. 18.

: Will meet at 10 a.m. at the Library. All are welcome.

4. Field Hockey: Fall sports are back. Today at 3:45 p.m.  High School.

5. City Council:  will be held tonight at 7:30 p.m. at City Hall.
