Water Balloons and Halloween Decorations

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log:
Sunday, Oct. 23
- A 39-year-old Peabody man was issued a summons at 2:06 p.m. on charges of driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle and driving without a license.
- At 3:14 p.m. a resident called police about two children unattended at the West Peabody office park. When police arrived, their father was there.
- At 6:50 p.m. police responded to a minor vehicle accident on Lynnfield Street. There were no injuries.
- At 7:22 p.m. a Tracey Street resident told police kids were throwing water balloons at other kids while they attempted to set up Halloween decorations. Police were unable to locate the group.
- At 8:02 p.m. police responded to Sarah's Way for a fight about school grades.

- At 2:08 a.m. a 24-year-old Salem woman was issued a summons for driving with an expired license.
- At 9:41 a.m. police responded to Newbury Street for a man selling electronics out of his truck. Police did not locate the person.
- At 12:28 p.m. four laptops were reported stolen from Clearwire on Andover Street.
