Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault and Battery

- At 2:27 p.m. wires came down on Birchwood Avenue.

- At 4:40 a.m. noise was reported to be coming from the . Police could not hear any noise.
- At 7:39 a.m. a resident of Amy Road reported a suspicious man sitting in his car by the bus stop. Police did not locate the man.
- At 8:46 a.m. a large pothole was discovered on Allens Lane.

- At 11:29 a.m. Marcos Ponsiano, 34, 62 Tremont St., was arrested and charged with failure to use care in start, stop, turn or backing up, driving without a license, giving a false name to police and failure to appear upon recongnizance.
- At 11:43 a.m. Mark S. Zayac, 34, 252 Newbury St., was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault and battery.
