The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log:
Monday, Nov. 7
- At 3:35 p.m. a resident told police he was concerned about the coyotes in the Winona Street neighborhood. Police gave the resident the number to the Mass Wildlife biologist for information regarding living with animals.
- At 3:40 p.m. an opossum was reported in a Fulton Street squirrel house.
- At 4:42 p.m. a resident complained about a group of kids smoking marijuana in Pierpoint Park. Police responded and found a group of kids smoking cigarettes.
- Police arrested Vitalino Perez, 37, 16 Barrett Street, Lynn, was arrested and charged with speeding, improper operation of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. Another Lynn man was issued a summons for allowing improper operation of a vehicle.
- At 7:55 p.m. the reported a portion of a sectional couch had been taken.
- At 11:45 p.m. police checked on a line gathered at, waiting for a game to be released at midnight.

- At 7:42 a.m. a resident of Myles Road reported someone had dumped a bag of leaves on their porch overnight.
- Animal Control received a complaint at 9:15 a.m. about someone not picking up after their dog on Winter Street.
- Police responded to a minor motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street at 10:52 a.m. There were no injuries.
- A resident of Fay Avenue said there was a suspicious man sitting in a car in front of the house at 11:08 a.m. When the resident asked the man what he was doing, he said he worked for a delivery company and then drove away.
- At 12:51 p.m. a man was transported to the hospital after getting in a fight with another man at

- At 3:50 p.m. police assisted the Fire Department in speaking to a Fulton Street resident about illegal burning.
- A 48-year-old Peabody resident was issued a summons for violating a harassment order at 4:24 p.m.
