Pedestrian Hit By a Car on Lynn Street

Tuesday, Sept. 6

  • At 2:09 p.m. a Peabody man was issued a summons for leaving the scene of property damage, unsafe lane changes and for making an illegal U-turn on Main Street.
  • At 2:33 p.m. a resident of Summit Street told police his home had been broken into and his boiler was stolen. Officers reported someone had kicked in his door and stolen furniture. 
  • At 2:36 p.m. Humberto G. Lopez, 24, 33 Mall St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant. 
  • At 3:21 p.m. Eboney Monique McClain, 26, 128 Ruthven St., Dorchester, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny over $250, contributing to child delinquency and possession of a burglarious instrument.   • At 5:09 p.m. Vidall Sattiewhite, 42, 33 High St., Lynn, was arrested and charged with shoplifting (second offense) and on a warrant. The arrest was made at .
  • At 5:55 p.m. one person was transported to the hospital after a two car accident on Lowell Street.
  • At 6:13 p.m. William A. Alvarado, 35, 678 Boston St., Lynn, was arrested on a warrant. 
  • At 10:13 p.m. a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle while walking across Lynn Street. The pedestrian was checked out by emergency personnel but not treated at the hospital.

  • At 1:02 a.m. police responded to a fight in the parking lot of the . The parties denied fighting when police arrived.
  • At 8:18 a.m. a resident of James Street reported her daughter was followed to the school bus by a suspicious person.
