Salem Man Charged With Fourth OUI

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log:
Monday, Sept. 5
- At 2:56 p.m. a Dearborn Road business owner reported a person stealing sheet metal from his dumpster. Police issued a trespassing order to the person stealing the metal.
- At 4:02 p.m. Barbara A. Volis, 33, 204 Pleasant St., Dracut, was arrested and charged with assault and battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. The arrest was made on Collins Street.
- At 5:56 p.m. police took a report of a past assault
- At 6:06 p.m. police responded to Eagan Place for a neighborhood dispute over chicken wire.
- At 7:49 p.m. Robert W. Page, 31, 12 Blueberry Way, Peabody, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop or yield.
- At 8 p.m. German Perez, 41, 190 Kennedy Drive, Malden, was arrested and charged with shoplifting over $100 and two warrants. The arrest was made at
- At 10:04 p.m. Francis Mahoney, 72, 2 Bay View Ave., Salem, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol (fourth offense), speeding, failure to wear a seat belt and marked lanes violation.
