Suspicious Men Spotted at Banks

The following is an excerpt from the Peabody Police log:
Wednesday, Oct. 26
- At 1 p.m. police responded to an accident without injuries on Andover Street.
- At 1:11 p.m. police responded to an accident without injuries on Lowell Street.
- At 2:21 p.m. police were called to for a suspicious man wearing a baseball cap. The man could not be located when police arrived.
- At 2:53 p.m. police responded to l for an assault on a teacher. The juvenile responsible will be summonsed, police said.
- At 3:11 p.m. police were called to Forest Street for a car into the woods.
- At 3:21 p.m. the manager at called police to report three males got out of their car, put on hoods and looked toward the bank. The men then left toward Lynn.
- At 3:54 p.m. police checked on a dog on Oakland Street. A neighbor reported while the owner works, the dog cries and whimpers all day.
- At 5 p.m. police arrested Ismael Dasilva, 28, 9 Amaranth Drive, Medford. Dasilva was charged with driving without a license. A Malden man was issued a summons for allowing someone to drive without a license and a plate violation.
- At 10:16 p.m. police responded to a Washington Street apartment. The resident said a neighbor threw something at her window. The two were in an argument over the garden, police said.
- At 10:43 p.m. Thomas C. Regas, 40, 38 Rockway Road, Peabody, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery.

- At 10:38 a resident of McIntyre Court told police she wanted to surrender her cats. Police directed the woman to area shelters.
- At 10:55 a.m. police responded to a single car crash into a telephone pole on Lynn Street. There were no injuries.
