2021 “Excellence in Melanoma Prevention Award”

Kingston resident Erin Presutti was honored by the Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation (CMPF) with its 2021 “Excellence in Melanoma Prevention Award” at a recent “Evening of Gratitude” event at Black Rock Country Club in Hingham.

Presenting the award were: CMPF Board Chair Sara Ader; and CMPF Founder and Executive Director, Maryellen Maguire-Eisen RN, MSN. The award acknowledges an individual who has
provided exceptional service and leadership in the prevention of melanoma through education, research, policy development, legislative action and/orraising community awareness. Until recently, Presutti served as CMPF’s Assistant Executive Director.

Based in Norwell, MA, The Children’s Melanoma Prevention Foundation and its award-winning SunAWARE for Life education program were recently acquired by the Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF), headquartered in Washington, D.C.
