3rd DUI Arrest For Plymouth Woman: Police

Cape Cod police said officers arrested Lauren Rademacher, of Plymouth, on her third drunk-driving charge.

YARMOUTH, MA — Cape Cod police on Wednesday charged a Plymouth woman with her third drunk-driving offense. Lauren Rademacher, 29, was arrested Wednesday night. Harwich police officers said they noticed Rademacher driving erratically as they returned from transporting a prisoner to Cape Cod Hospital in an unrelated case, authorities said.

"The Police Officers observed the vehicle crossing over the center lines, operating dangerously, with the potential of a head on collision," Yarmouth police said in a statement.

The Harwich officers stopped Rademacher and contacted Yarmouth police, who arrived at the scene and conducted a field sobriety test. Rademacher failed the test and was charged with drunk driving, negligent driving and a lane violation, police said.
