1. Habitat For Humanity of Greater Plymouth: Since 1995, this organization has provided opportunities for affordable homeownership by preserving, rehabilitating and constructing homes. 2. United Way of Greater Plymouth County: With a focus on health, education and financial stability, this organization is dedicated to building stronger communities and improving lives. 3. The Arc of Plymouth and Upper Cape Cod: Dedicated to supporting disabled people and their families, The Arc provides services for people who are disabled, autistic or have brain injuries. The Arc provides adult family care for adults who cannot live independently, as well as programs that integrate disabled people into the community. 4. Plymouth Task Force to End Homelessness: This organization offers emergency shelter, support services and permanent housing in order to end homelessness in the Plymouth area. 5. Plymouth Family Resource Center: With parenting and support groups, the Plymouth Family Resource Center aims to connect families and individuals with resources as well as the larger community.
