At 4:04 p.m. Nicholas A. Lebeau, 22, of Plymouth, was charged with domestic assault and battery, witness intimidation, malicious destruction of property under $250 and two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.
At 9:41 p.m. Robert J. Avitabile, 43, of Duxbury, was arrested for OUI liquor, second offense and a marked lanes violation on Federal Furnace Road.
