BJ's Wholesale Offering $2.50/gallon Gas Thursday

Last year more than 34 million people traveled by car over Memorial Day weekend, and gas prices are on the rise again. According to AAA Southern New England local prices are up 5 cents over the past month.

BJ’s wants to send out its members with a little extra cash in their pockets since Memorial Day (otherwise known as the unofficial kick off of summer) is expected again to be one of the largest car travel events of the summer season.  On Thursday, May 23, BJ’s will offer regular unleaded gas at its Plymouth club gas station for $2.50 a gallon. The special price will be limited to the first 500 members who arrive when the station opens at 6:30 a.m., and each member will be limited to 50 gallons. Non-members will have the chance to sign up for a membership while in line for the specially-priced gas.
