Richard D. Harlow III, homeless, arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, defacing property, and unarmed robbery on Sandwich Street at 9:57 a.m.

Anthony Michael Myers, 18, 9 Fresh Wind Drive, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding on Lunn’s Way at 11:32 a.m.
