Elizabeth A. Spooner, 51, 199 Turner Road, East Falmouth, arrested on a charge of possession of a class A substance on Home Depot Drive at 4:15 p.m.

Jon M. Jonas, 46, 282 Seacast Shorts Blvd., East Falmouth, arrested on a charge of possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute on Home Depot Drive at 4:33 p.m.
