A fire broke out in a Plymouth North High School classroom.

PLYMOUTH, MA — A fire broke out in a Plymouth North High School classroom Monday morning. No students were in the building when the fire broke out, according to school officials. The cause of the fire was under investigation. No one was hurt.
The fire department extinguished the fire and classes were held as usual. The fire broke out in the as students were still on buses waiting to walk into the building.
"We are thankful to the Plymouth Fire Department and our staff for their swift and efficient response," Plymouth school officials said in a statement.
