Five Things You Need to Know Today: Baseball, Class of 2013, and Priscilla Beach Theatre
All the things you ought to know for a Monday morning.

1. Season tickets to the new NECBL Plymouth Pilgrims team are on sale at the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and online at www.plymouthchamber.com. Season tickets cost $50 and provide access to all 23 Pilgrim home games. The first pitch goes out June 7 against the Mystic Schooners at Plymouth’s Forges Field. Get the best value for your money with season tickets that cost just over $2 per game. Credit cards, checks or cash will be accepted for season tickets. Stop in at the office at 134 Court St. in Plymouth or order online at www.plymouthchamber.com. For more information call 508-830-1620.
2. The Plymouth North High School Class of 2013 invites the alumni from the graduating classes of 1963, 1978 and 1988 to attend senior convocation and graduation. The senior convocation will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 6, in the Plymouth North High School Performing Arts Center, and scholarships, awards and special recognition will be bestowed on members of the Class of 2013. In addition, the Alumni Association will participate in welcoming the seniors as alumni. The graduation/commencement ceremony begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 8, at Mario J. Romano Field at the school. All alumni who plan to attend either or both of these events are asked to call Christina Centrella at Plymouth North High School, at 508-830-4400, ext. 1710, no later than May 23.
3. Priscilla Beach Theatre announces its 77th season of summer stock for children and teens beginning on June 17 with “The Audition” by Don Zolidis. Each of the season’s five workshops run for a two-week period in which students meet daily to develop performance skills, train, and rehearse, resulting in two weekends of fully-staged productions on PBT’s new outdoor stage and tent. 4. Registration for the Plymouth Girls Basketball League’s 2013-2014 season is now open. The PGBL is Plymouth’s only all-girl basketball league with four divisions from grades 2 to 8. The instructional division is open to all first and second-grade girls with the focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game and basic basketball skills. Girls in the house divisions (grades 4 to 8) have one practice and one game each week. League play begins in December and registration includes a game shirt for each player. Registration forms are available on the PGBL website at www.plymouthgirlsbasketball.org.
