Former Corrections Officer Charged with Having Sex with Inmate

Amy S. Carpentier, 38, Attleboro, arrested on warrant charges of intimidating a witness and prison guard having sex with a prisoner at 7:39 a.m.

Juvenile, arrested on three counts of domestic assault and battery at 11:53 a.m.

Katrina L. Guidetti, 27, 4 Post Court, Kingston, arrested on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by asportation on Shops at 5 Way at 3:24 p.m.

Derek J. Pinto, 30, 2 Mayflower St., Apt. A4, arrested on warrant charges of possession of a class B drug, possession of a class C drug, shoplifting  by asportation assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 7:29 p.m.

Mondel I. Johnson, 35, 18 Barker Road, Wareham, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), and possession f a class B substance (subsequent offense) on Samoset Street at 8:01 p.m.

Joseph Lawrence, 37, 18 Kennedy Parkway, arrested on charges of violating marked lanes, OUI liquor (second offense), and operating an unregistered vehicle on State Road at 8:34 p.m.

Gregory J. Barros, 23, Enfield, Conn., arrested on charges of attempting to commit a crime, threatening to commit a crime, and domestic assault and battery on Colchester Drive at 9:19 p.m.

Nolan A. Egan, 25, 5 Cortelli Court, arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace at 2:16 a.m.

Arthur S. Varao, 48, 15 Peck Ave., Apt. 2, arrested on a charge of assault and battery on a person over 60 on Peck Avenue at 3:07 p.m.

Jason S. Kemper, 34, 19 Park Ave., arrested on charges of failing to stop for police and leaving the scene of property damage at 1:26 a.m.

James J. Kemmett, 32, 518 Bourne Road, arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration on Clark Road at 10:02 p.m.
