Myles Standish Marathon Returns to Plymouth Sunday
The Second Annual Myles Standish Marathon will cover state forest and Plymouth roads on Sunday, Nov. 17.

The Second Annual Myles Standish Marathon, which is a certified Boston Marathon Qualifier, is set for Sunday, Nov. 17.
The early start for the marathon is 7 a.m. and the regular start is set for 8 a.m. The marathon relay will be at 8:30 a.m.
Online registration will be open through the end of the day Thursday, Nov. 14, at mylesstandishmarathon.com. On site registration is also available for the relay and regular marathon at mylesstandishmarathon.com.
The race route has changed slightly since the inaugural Myles Standish Marathon. The course will start at College Pond in the Myles Standish State Forest again, but the new finish line will be at Plymouth North High School.
The first 15 to 16 miles of the marathon, which includes hills and dirt roads, will be within the state forest. The rest of the route will be held on lower traffic roads.
