North Baseball, South Softball Head to the Playoffs

Plymouth North baseball will take on Duxbury in the preliminary round of the MIAA Baseball South Division 2 playoffs at 1 p.m. May 31 at Plymouth North.

The Blue Eagles finished the season with a 14-6 record. The team drew the fifth ranking in the tournament. Duxbury has the 12th seed.

Plymouth South's Lady Panthers softball takes on Cardinal Spellman at 3:30 p.m. May 30 at Cardinal Spellman in the Softball South Division 2.

The Lady Panthers closed out the season 8-8, good enough for a trip to the playoffs. The team drew the 22nd seed in the tournament Spellman has the 11th seed.
