• Pembroke man pleads guilty to assaulting 10-year-old, sharing video on X (masslive.com) — Plymouth County prosecutors say a 19-year-old Pembroke man has been sentenced to up to five years in state prison for creating and sharing child sexual abuse material involving a 10-year-old. The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office credits a tip from X and fast work by the Massachusetts State Police Cyber Crime Unit with stopping further abuse and securing strict post-release monitoring conditions.
   

• New Bedford Police Arrest Plymouth Man Who Was Shot (fun107.com) — A 31-year-old man from Plymouth was shot in the leg in New Bedford and then arrested after police allegedly found a loaded handgun, over two kilos of cocaine, and cash in his vehicle. Investigators say shots were fired at him before his car crashed, and a nearby home was hit by gunfire. The case remains under investigation, with multiple firearm and trafficking charges filed.
   

• Scout Troop 20 tours Plimoth Patuxet, Mayflower II (johnstonsunrise.net) — Johnston Scout Troop 20 recently camped near Plymouth and spent a weekend exploring Plimoth Patuxet and the Mayflower II, braving 27-degree nights in tents. Their scoutmaster describes how the boys plan trips, raise funds, and gain lasting life lessons from adventures like visiting Plymouth’s historic sites and greeting veterans on Honor Guard flights.
