Plymouth Arrest Log: Harwichport Man Charged with Witness Intimidation

At 9:45 a.m. Luis R. Zaragoza, 31, of Buzzards Bay, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with license suspend and equipment violation, miscellaneous motor vehicle.
At 1:54 a.m. Sean Smith, 43, of Harwichport, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, witness intimidation, disturbing the peace and domestic assault and battery on Water Street.
At 12:45 p.m. Tiara Mohler, 28, of Plymouth, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
