At 12:48 a.m. Eric Braun Opachinski, 27, of Kingston, was arrested for assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250.
At 11:52 a.m. Maria Da Penha de Souza Silva, 44, of Plymouth, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle not meeting RMV safety standards, operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle.
At 7:32 p.m. Julie M. Stadelmaier, 44, of Plymouth, was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
At 7:51 p.m. Richard M. Figlioli, 44, of Plymouth, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
