At 9:53 p.m. Eric O. Hutchinson, 46, of Plymouth, was arrested for marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle, OUI liquor and failure to stop for police.
At 11:18 p.m. Sean T. McNeill, 38, of Plymouth, was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI liquor.
