Plymouth Arrest Log: Shoplifter Caught with Drugs

At 7:19 p.m. Michael W. Shippee, 38, of Carver, was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise and possession of a Class E substance. Shippee also had warrants for assault and battery and breaking and entering.
At 7:38 p.m. Andrew S. Wheeler, 38, of Plymouth, was arrested on Court Street for possession of a Class A substance.
